What this page does
- What can I search for on this page?
- Songs, albums and artists to listen to. Ask by mood, scene, era, or more like something you love, and say songs, albums or artists if you only want one kind. To find a song by name, give the artist too.
- How do you know the music is real?
- Every pick is looked up on MusicBrainz, an open music database, and has to match on title and artist before we show it. Compilations and tribute records are left out. A pick we cannot match is dropped, not guessed at.
- How is this different from record search?
- This page is for listening, so it returns songs and artists as well as albums, with no prices. Record search is for owning a copy: it returns albums with links to copies for sale.
