The 2019 deal is the purchase history
Reliance Brands announced its acquisition of the British toy retailer in 2019. The brand’s British origins do not establish British ownership now. The newer accounts and control register are the sources for the corporate structure checked here.
Use the name on a receipt or website terms when asking about an individual seller. A Hamleys franchise abroad can have a different local operator while using the group’s brand. This page is the UK parent trail, not a claim that every licensed shop worldwide is the same company.
The parent’s own PSC page has a limitation
Reliance Brands Holding UK Limited’s current UK PSC page carries a no-registrable-person statement, notified 16 July 2019; a Reliance Brands Limited entry is historical and ceased. That public-register statement is not evidence that the holding company is ownerless.
The operating company’s newer accounts provide the ultimate-parent finding. We do not turn a missing registrable person into an invented personal owner or treat a group chairman as the sole owner of the toyshop.
