Mosques near the University of Lincoln, with Friday prayer times from each mosque
We found two mosques in Lincoln: Lincoln Central Mosque on Dixon Street and Faizan-e-Madina on Proctors Road. There is also Friday prayer on the Brayford campus every week in term time. Every time below was read from the mosque’s own timetable on 10 September 2026. Times change, especially around Ramadan and the clocks going back, so confirm before you travel.
Lincoln Central Mosque & Cultural Centre

Lincoln's first purpose-built mosque, opened in April 2018 in Boultham, south-west of the city centre.
It runs madrasah classes after school on weekdays, and a food bank.
Friday prayer: 1.20pm, and a second jamaa'at at 2.15pm, from its listing on Mawaqit on 10 September 2026.

Faizan-e-Madina Lincoln Islamic Centre

A Sunni masjid holding the five daily prayers and Friday prayer, on the north-east side of the city.
Friday prayer: English speech 1pm, Arabic khutba 1.25pm, jamaa'at stands 1.30pm, from its own site on 10 September 2026.

Friday prayer on campus
In term time the university holds Jummah every Friday at 1pm in the Minerva Building on the Brayford campus, and keeps Muslim prayer rooms in Witham House for the rest of the week. Rooms, entrances and the wudu facilities are on our prayer rooms page.
What this page does not do
It does not print daily prayer times. They change every day, and a copy here would be wrong within the week, which is worse than no time at all. Use each mosque’s own timetable, linked above.
